Outdoor Pergola Man Cave
This project was definitely one of my favorites. The customer had an old garage out back that he wanted to convert into man cave for entertaining. Upon assessing the space, going over the general scope, and coming up with design details, we got started same day after putting together a material list. We ran over to Manayunk Timber and got some yellow pine lumber for framing the pergola. First we started by roughing-in all the electric (installed switches for overhead string lights as well as outlets for both the bar mini fridge, TV, and string lighting). Then we framed the tin roof, back bar wall, pergola, and custom made bar cabinet. The customer was very happy with the result, has used it many times for parties and entertaining, and received many complements on it.
